Chris is excited to work with the youth and families of Crossroads Church of Portland, bringing years of volunteer, pastoral, and discipleship experience into this next season of ministry.

He has served the Lord faithfully since coming to Christ at age 16, first as a volunteer and then in full-time service.

Ministry Background
Since coming to Christ at 16, Chris has served the Lord faithfully through volunteer ministry and full-time service. He taught Sunday School for a decade to children, teens, and young adults at the church where he grew up, and he also served there as a deacon.
Training & Calling
After meeting and marrying his wife Bethany, Chris returned to school for vocational ministry. He earned a Bachelor Degree of Ministry specializing in biblical studies, a Master's degree of Ministry specializing in Missions and Cross Cultural Studies, and is currently completing a Certificate of Biblical Counseling.
Previous Roles
Across three different churches, Chris has served as a worship leader, assistant leader of evangelism and outreach, assistant pastor, and youth director.
Outside Of Ministry
In his spare time, Chris enjoys going to the gym, playing guitar, visiting museums, and hiking with Bethany.
