When Trouble Comes, We Pray
Acts 12 shows the church meeting trouble with earnest prayer. The message invited us to keep coming together, remember who God is, and ask again—trusting the God who hears and answers.

Young Adults Gathering
6:30–8 PM
Young adults ages 18–30 are invited for fellowship, prayer and worship, Bible-based conversation, and time to connect.

Congregational Prayer
9–9:45 AM
Come seek God together for our church and community in the Sanctuary. Childcare will be provided, and there will be no Bible Studies that morning so everyone can participate.

A musical surprise on August 30
There will be a musical surprise guest during the Sunday gathering on August 30. That is all we are saying—do not miss it.
Crossroads Kids PJ Movie Night
6:30–8:30 PM
Elementary kids are invited to wear their favorite pajamas, bring a friend, blanket, and pillow, and join us for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Pizza and popcorn are provided, and there will be prizes. This is a free event; donations are encouraged.

Men’s Breakfast
8:30–10 AM
Men, start Saturday around a table with a good breakfast, unhurried conversation, and a chance to connect. Whether you have been part of Men’s Ministry for years or are simply looking for a way in, you are welcome.

Church Round Up
11:30 AM–2 PM
Church Round Up is an all-church picnic—not just a chili cookoff. Crossroads is providing sliders and hot dogs as the main dishes. We still need side dishes and desserts, so please sign up in the lobby. Come for lunch, the western theme, time with the church family, and the chili cookoff too.

Pickleball after the picnic
3–5 PM
After Church Round Up, head to the Crossroads gym for pickleball from 3–5 PM. It is a relaxed afternoon for players of all skill levels and a fun way to keep connecting after the picnic.
Women’s Retreat

Last-minute cancellations happen, and a few retreat spots may still become available. If you are interested, contact Susan Autry or Carla Wilson.

Isaiah Wednesday Night Study
Work through Isaiah with Glen Heiner on Wednesdays, 6:45–7:45 PM.
Wednesday Sermon Study
Revisit Sunday’s teaching and discuss it together, 6:30–7:45 PM in the lower-level Fireside Room.
Prayer Team Meeting
Pray for our church and community Sundays, 8–8:45 AM, and Wednesdays, 5–5:45 PM, in the Prayer Center. All are welcome.
Prayer Study Class
Learn and practice prayer together Sundays, 9–9:45 AM. This class pauses August 30 for Congregational Prayer.
Women’s Bible Study & Prayer
Women gather Sundays at 9 AM for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. This group pauses August 30.
Thursday Sermon Discussion
Men discuss Sunday’s message Thursdays, 10–11:30 AM in the Board Room, led by Terry Pearson.
Friday Book Study
Read and discuss together twice a month on Fridays, 1–3 PM in the Fireside Room, led by Dave Cunningham and Duane Bigoni.
Pickleball
A relaxed way to play and meet people in the Crossroads gym, second and fourth Sundays from 2–4 PM.
